Makai turns 3 in 3 days. He has now spent more of his life here in Israel than in the States. Though distinctly culturally American, he enjoys the lackadaisical pace of the Mediterranean. So we celebrated his 3rd birthday in Mediterranean style at the beach with a few Israeli friends.
When asked what was the best part of the day, Makai responded "Everybody. Everybody come to Makai's party."
